the obstacle of African American in basketball is what open the door for many other athletes today

My essay is a cause and effect essay. It is a cause and effect essay because in my essay events lead to one another. Some examples in my essay are: cause: Jim Crow laws, effect: African Americans couldn't play in some university and in the A.B.A.. Cause: The first three players which broke the color line make it easier for other African American to play basketball. Cause: African Americans couldn't play in the A.B.A., Effect: played in the college university.

-a Ex basketball player to be interviewed
-research history of African American in Basket ball

Interview With Brittany

1. Will it include stuff from the ninth grade even though you wasn't in
Brooklyn Preparatory?
Yeah. I did some work at my old school that I think would be good
to include in this exhibition.

2. How is this project going to be projected? (ex. Website, display board
with a cd, etc.)
Its going to be a website type thing. Its going to be an online exhibition of all the art.

3. Do you know how many pictures you are going to use?
No. Im not really sure how many pictures Im using. There are some, like 3, that I know that Im going to defiantely include. I think that Im going to also produce more artwork specifically for this project.

4. For your project do you plan on doing any kind of research for your
project?
Yeah I plan on looking at other exhibitions to try and see
which way I want to do mine. I think if I know how standard
exhibitions look, I can try and construct mine creatively and in my
own unique way.

Project Description

Trying to make a website that show the early history of basketball, i want to talk about what is basketball. i want to discuss how African Americans had a big impact on the game and how they changed the game of basketball. I am going to discuss how the NBA has changed year when the African Americans broke in and I am also going to discuss the challenge they faced.
